In the past, we’ve hosted successful events for different local animal welfare groups, where we donated our organizational, marketing, photography, and design skills to manage a pet calendar contest fundraiser. Additionally, we regularly provide event photography services to non-profit organizations, capturing the moments that celebrate their hard work and achievements. We are proud to offer three complimentary event photography sessions each year for charitable causes in our community. The 2026 Homeward Bound Animal Shelter Pet Calendar Contest

Read about the exciting collaboration with Homeward Bound Animal Shelter and the Manistee County Humane Society to raise funds for pets seeking their forever homes.
The Manistee community showed up in a HUGE way for this organization and we were thrilled to be a part of this fun venture!
We aren’t finished yet. Each of the top 13 winning pets have won a portrait session with Chaltron Photography over the coming months and their images will be used to design a calendar that will keep everyone smiling all throughout 2026! The proceeds from the calendar sales will also go directly to Homeward Bound. Watch for updates on Chaltron Photography’s Facebook page for when calendars are available for sale.

COVE Annual Holiday Party Fundraiser - December 2024
A Night of Courageous Acts
It was our honor to photograph the incredible performances during COVE’s Annual Holiday Party. The women of COVE presented A Night of Courageous Acts, a variety of performing arts pieces including dramatic story telling and dance depicting the courage and resilience of women whose lives have been touched by domestic violence.
The packed house and sold-out VIP tables were a show of incredible community support as the emotional performances shared the often-unseen side of the journey to healing that women must travel as they are forced to find a new ‘normal’ post violence.
Our area is truly blessed to have a resource such as COVE (Communities Overcoming Violent Encounters) to provide these critical services.
